depression

Feet in the mud
mind clogged with tar
thoughts lost in fog
a soul grazed by failure
beneath a clouded horizon
and another day in the dark,
how long will it last?
I can’t take this anymore.
I ask the Divine for help,
a seagull shits on my head.
